This includes your Discord username, Discord user ID, submitted evidence, reasons for punishments, Discord server IDs (once the bot has been added or where the user is an administrator), Discord server names (once the bot has been added or where the user is an administrator, and FiveM game licenses associated with your Discord (if available - publicly available information through FiveM's API).

We collect and process data when you:

Login to our website via your Discord account
Create a STORM report via Discord or the website
Are STORM reported by another person
Join a server that is being protected by STORM. Although if not flagged, none of this data is retained
A server administrator of a server you are in, scans their servers members or queries your user. If not flagged, none of this is retained
Join a server being checked by STORM Systems, this is again via FiveM's public API

Use of Information:

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

To provide our services to you
To communicate with you
To investigate and respond to reports of violations of our rules and policies
